We are pleased to offer free support to our clients for up to 30 days after your site launch. However, due to the nature of open source software, and technology in general, we understand that problems may arise outside of this 30 day period. We also understand that you will encounter unforeseen issues and may require our assistance or expertise again in the future. We have two ways of offering you that support: Website Care Plans and One-Time Assistance.
Website Care Plans
Our Website Care Plans are designed to not only to give you peace of mind knowing your site is updated, backed up, and secure, but our PLUS and PREMIUM plans also provide assistance with ongoing small tasks. One-Time Assistance
If you prefer to maintain your site on your own and are just looking for some one-time assistance, we are happy to help you. Follow-up support is offered at a rate of $120/hour with a minimum of one hour. Payment is due at the time that you submit this support request. If through the course of the work we discover that the issue was due to an error on our part, we will happily refund you the cost of this support.
